After being a personal trainer, Ashley believes in doing all that we can do to better our bodies and prevent injury.  A healthy lifestyle involves diet and exercise, along with sleep and other various factors.  Through exercise we receive numerous benefits including: decreased stress levels, improvement in mood, and an increase in our confidence level.  Anything that Ashley can do to aid in the wellness process is rewarding to her.

Whether it’s giving her advice about a workout or delivering therapy.  We can all do our part now to live a long and enjoyable life.  She believes everyone should have a goal list for their life; whether it is written down, on paper or mentally stored.  We should strive to keep our bodies as healthy as we can now to experience all of the things we want to in life.

Working at Matzner Ashley is excited because she gets the pleasure of communicating with patients on a daily basis about their personal status’. To hear them talk about progress they have made because of her help is the most rewarding thing!
